  • A detailed floor plan for your space (where applicable)

  • Overall Design Concept Board

  • Design Board per space

  • Shopping List to purchase applicable furniture/ accessories including the following:

    • All furniture and accessory selections (art, rugs, lighting, greenery, etc.)

    • All window treatments (curtain panels and rods)

    • Accent wall paint colors/ wall treatments where applicable

*Does not include kitchen eating/cooking items (including plates, utensils, pots/pans etc.), small appliances (coffee makers etc), bath towels, bed sheets, or TV selections.

    The Mechanics of E-Design

    1. Purchase the E-Design package that fits your needs. Directly post purchase, you will be prompted to complete an in-depth form outlining the details of the project. 

    ​

    2. We will contact you to schedule a time to talk over the phone for a design consultation. The only materials we will need from you on this call are:

    ​

    • Two to three images of your vision for the project.

    • Measurements of the space you would like us to design.

    ​

    The purpose of the phone call is to ensure that your designer 
    can create your vision to a tee    .

    ​

    3. After this, we will start designing your space.

    ​

    4. Once the design is complete, you can expect:

    ​

    • A specific and detailed design of the floor plan for your space.

    • A design board and inspiration images.

    • Shopping list of items to purchase for the project -
      including, furniture, accessories, finished, hardware, and lighting.

    ​

    This package only includes one round of revisions.
    Any additional revisions will cost an additional $125 per hour.
